Lightroom Classic Plugin

Lightroom Bulk Exporter

A while ago I decided to keep a copy of my photos in a format that doesn't depend on RAW software, in case support for my old cameras' formats ever disappears. Like most people I organize everything in folders, but Lightroom's own export loses that structure — and the plugins I tried fell over on a big library. So I built one that doesn't.

Why Bulk Exporter?

I used another well-known export plugin for years, but the first export of a large library — or any change touching thousands of files — could fill the disk with temp files and bring even a high-spec machine down. Fixing that is the whole reason this plugin exists.

Preserve Folder Structure

Recreates your catalog's folder hierarchy on disk exactly, so the export is organized the same way your library is.

Memory Optimized

Renders are throttled and temp files cleaned up as the export runs, so 10,000 photos won't fill your disk or grind your machine to a halt.

Incremental Updates

Runs as a Publish Service, so after the first export only new, changed, or removed photos are processed. Re-syncs take minutes, not hours.

Sensible Defaults

Tuned automatically to your system's memory, with safe defaults out of the box. Often faster than Lightroom's own export, especially to the same drive.

Comprehensive Logging

Real-time progress and a detailed log, so a long export is never a black box and problems are easy to track down.

Video Support

Photos and videos both come along, so mixed catalogs export in one pass.

Perfect For

Archive Creation

Create RAW-independent backups of your photo library while maintaining the exact folder structure from Lightroom.

Client Deliveries

Export processed images organized exactly as they appear in your catalog for easy client handoff.

Storage Migration

Move large photo collections to external drives or cloud storage without losing your organizational structure.

Catalog Syncing

Keep multiple locations in sync with incremental updates that only process changed files.

Licensing FAQ

How does the trial work?

Install the plugin and the 14-day trial starts the first time you use it. Everything is enabled, and there's no account to create and no card details to enter.

What happens when the trial ends?

Exports pause and the plugin asks for a license key. Nothing is removed and none of your settings are lost, so you can buy a key whenever you're ready and pick up where you left off.

What does a license cost?

A single one-time payment — the current price is shown at checkout. No subscription, no renewals, and the key never expires.

Can I use one license on several computers?

Yes. The license is tied to you, not a machine. Enter the same key on each computer you use.

Will my license survive Lightroom updates?

Yes. The same key keeps working across Lightroom Classic versions. In the rare case an update resets the plugin's preferences, just enter the key again — it's yours for good.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no registration and the plugin never connects to the internet — license keys are checked locally. If anything goes wrong, email hello@pixelops.me and I'll sort it out.

Try It on Your Own Library

The trial is the full plugin for 14 days — long enough to export a few thousand photos and see the results for yourself.
